Content Recycling Secrets
Lina Marxsen joins us to discuss essential strategies for content organization and recycling for adult creators, emphasizing how proper digital asset management directly impacts revenue and creator sustainability.
• Content recycling maximizes earnings by reusing material strategically without fans noticing
• Creating structured folders with detailed naming conventions makes content easily searchable later
• Authentic social media content performs better than forced "trendy" content that leads to burnout
• German creators should seek professional legal advice rather than relying on industry rumors
• Personal interaction with fans creates value that free content cannot provide
• Using AI as a virtual assistant can revolutionize content planning and business scaling
• When scaling, keep core fan interactions personal while considering assistance for photography and social media

Welcome to a new episode of the Sisters in Cash podcast. This episode is featured by For Based and League of Fans. So today for our German community, the continuation of our X-Talk with Lina Marksen. We already had a live talk on X last week. I found it super interesting. I would say we'll just start with content organization. We stopped last time because, yes, the time was so tight. We had some technical problems today that we had to solve here, but now it works. So, lina, just tell me or I will cut in the fast-forward for everyone.
Speaker 1:Why content organization? Why did many people apply for the content organization? Why content organization? So it is so. Content organization has first of mit ganz viel Geld verdient zu tun, und auch Content Recycling. So was ist Content Recycling? Been with us for a long, long, long time. And it's like this if you only send the content in, for example, a mass message, or post it on the feed, a lot of money will go away. More on that later. Let's just hold on, or, lina? First of all, where do you save your content? Because with us it's sometimes thousands of pictures, hundreds of videos, and you have to find your way around it.
Speaker 2:I actually save everything to iCloud because you can work with it super extensively. I want to take a look. I don't know if you feel the same way, but if I want, to access Google Drive from a platform.
Speaker 1:I often have the. Upload it from my saved gallery, then I can save it in iCloud anyway. Exactly, and I have the same problem. I don't know how companies do it, how they upload content for girls, but I have the feeling, even if it's already loaded into Google Drive, that you can't upload it from a certain platform. Yes, okay, I'm going to start explaining this in peace. I've explained this in English several times now.
Speaker 1:So why do we organize our content? Also, warum ordnen wir unseren content so? Es ist so, dass ihr ständig neue fans habt, alte fans, die auch mal wieder reinschauen, eine gewisse zeit nicht da waren, und wenn ihr jetzt, zum beispiel, ein video gepostet, for example, posted a video on Sunday the 1st, 1st, and the fan number X was not there, he would have, or he would have missed the content.
Speaker 1:I can tell you a little bit about myself, how I do it, because I have really struggled with content organization for years. Because, let's say, if you now have someone who has edited your pictures and videos, it would be good if that person would also find a little bit in your content. And how did I start to organize the content back then. Back then I put it in my heart to just save the content with a date. So at some point I realized, man, if I open a new platform and search for content for example a red BH, I will never find this red BH under my hundreds of videos. So I started and I think Lina won't do it anyway, she will tell us that in a moment to write the date in the folder, name, a few key points from the content and whether it's a solo, whether it's whatever, whether it's a solo whatever, whether it's just teasing or or or.
Speaker 1:In this folder I then pack the raw material, I pack the finished edited clip. I pack the previews in there preview safe for work, preview, non-safe for work, all pics that are from this video. That, of course, also has to do with sub-orders, because you always have to look at how many sub-orders I want to have in this order, because I have to re-scribe and re-find that too. I always cut the raw material away. I can't recommend anyone. You should still always keep it.
Speaker 1:I know that from great creators who have been in the industry for decades that they also keep the raw material on social media, on fan platforms and you say, oh, I posted that picture two years ago. That doesn't matter at all. You can post it again and again Because no one will notice whether you have posted this picture before. You save yourself a lot of time, because most models have a lot of pressure to make new content every day. And I've really experienced that with 90% of girls who have been in the industry for years, where I don't understand why they don't reuse their content. No one will know whether you posted it two years ago or a year ago or four weeks ago. Whether it is now x is with instagram.
Speaker 1:You have to be a little careful with the content reuse. Whether it is now with ex timeline is on all fan platforms and that's exactly how it looks with the content. Re-use it. Whether it is now with X-Timeline on all fan platforms and that's exactly what it looks like with the Mars Messages. So you can really use everything more often. You just have to have a good structure. I started my structure like this I named the videos in 001, 002, 003. And when I played it all over on the platform, for example in in the mass messages or whatever, then I start again at 001. So I can be sure that nothing will happen to the fan. So, lina, and now you say something about it.
Speaker 2:Yes, so my content structure in iCloud looks similar to yours.
Speaker 2:I think it looks similar to yours.
Speaker 2:What I also add is actually with pages, very briefly the text quasi, which I wrote to it to enter, and actually also with PPV messages, what I took for it, just to see okay, for what did I send it to fans or to subscribers, to see for what I have sent it out to fans or subscribers, and so I can just copy the video Recycling text again, and then the users can see whether they have already unlocked it or not, if they are users who have been there longer freigeschaltet haben oder nicht, wenn das jetzt user sind, die länger dabei sind.
In that sense I don't recycle, but because I always have several pictures from some shootings that are really good, and sometimes, where the pose is changed just a little bit, I do that after a certain time too, that to get the most out of it in the shortest time from X. Yes, it is questionable.
Speaker 1:The video is a disaster and to download the Xtalk first, I think is a pretty struggle. That's why we're going to take it up again. I think it should go. But that's a quick one to efficiency, Because I think you should really, yes, with the least effort, achieve the most with the least effort. And that's exactly what's happening with content recycling. And, as I said, people, no one will notice if you use your content more often.
Speaker 2:So just saying, I just want to say it once so do it, because content is key and that's your money, Most of them, who have been with us for a long time, are so supportive that they say it's okay, send it to the new people.
Speaker 1:know, that's a bit of a bit, you know that you don't always do it in private messages, but if you post it, for example for timeline, you can use it more often. I think, yes, exactly, very interesting. I came across several things. Lina, I don't know, do you know yourself a little bit in the legal field?
Speaker 2:Depends on what.
Speaker 1:Okay, watch out, Germany is pretty difficult. How do you legally continue to form yourself For our content creators? We don't have to go deep into it, but do you think that content creators should really deal with the topic?
Speaker 2:yourself, because basically what we do is also a big away or to push it away. With that, you fall into the hole faster than you can look In Germany. It is also true that ignorance protects from harm. I actually have a lot of lot or get advice, so you can really just book an hour with the lawyer to get advice. That has already happened.
Speaker 1:Very good point. That was my question how do you get advice?
Speaker 2:Yes, so as I said, I try to research myself over and over again. I have researched everything completely myself. Of course I'm also lucky that my aunt was a former lawyer and I have a little bit of connections there in the. But unfortunately I have fallen into it a lot, because sometimes you really have to go very, very intensively even when consulting legal insurance, whether they really cover what you are as a creator, because unfortunately many of the advisors cannot even assess, what our job is and what we do at all schätzen können, was unser Job ist und was wir überhaupt machen.
I hope not that we hear each other twice all the time.
Speaker 2:Yes, so you are definitely not heard twice, because I hear you on the ears and otherwise I only have you running at X, so that's definitely filtered, and if you hear me on your ears then you shouldn't record it twice.
Speaker 1:Okay, you, it was also important to you. We talked so much last time and it was also a really good podcast. It was also important to you that we just talk a little bit about social media media and I think that's a very interesting topic, because I had the topic already with Kate Peaches. At the moment, it's super trendy to do some cringe reels, right? I always find it a bit sad that girls who can't identify with it um really start doing these cringe reels.
Wenn du, why you burn out and that doesn't matter, if you have support or no support if you just don't do, what you feel, but just do, what everyone does, because it's trendy right now and because it works for many people, then you will burn out sooner or later, and the fans also notice, that you are just copying and not yourself exactly, I would say I turn off the X-Talk again.
Speaker 1:The people have now seen that we have recorded this episode and will also upload it after time this evening already so that we yes, so that everyone can hear the complete podcast.
Speaker 2:Then it's also out now so.
Speaker 1:so again very briefly, about this real story. So I've been dealing with it for a long time. Social media and I really know that especially the German models try to squeeze in there reels. The emotion carriers run well, but there are so many ways to create reels that are watched quite often, so I just give everyone the tip.
Speaker 1:Just like Lina said, you burn out when you do things you don't like to do. I know that with me I can work so much, but when I have to do something, write documents. I'm not a document writer. I can tell super well, I can talk, I like to share my experience, but I just don't feel like writing documents. That doesn't make any sense for me, because do you know how many document bodies are lying around at any company that are never looked at? It doesn't make any sense. So that's why I always find learning by doing. If you feel like doing awesome wheels, check out social media videos on YouTube. There are so many possibilities. If you're more of the the it girl, the fashion girl, why do you make cringe videos? So it just doesn't make any sense. Your instagram will only run if you feel like it. So there are also women who have their instagram only built up with pictures. Still, they don't use any reals and you don't have to do that either.
Speaker 2:I recently talked to a friend about it. She said I posted a video from the gym where I just wanted to do it and just wrote the captions. The way it felt good for me, without a script beforehand, without having any before, without any videos before to have watched from other creators, just like that. And that is the video at the moment most call me. I don't understand why. And then I said to her well, because people also feel whether you have recorded it artificially or whether you just did it the way you are, and that's just decisive.
Speaker 1:That's so decisive and, guys, I can tell you I have some Reels that I I looked like the last, otherwise, after half past, one, briefly in my kitchen went viral with 30.3 million. So when I get ready, it doesn't work. That's why I do everything only because I have no time at all. I advise a company, I have the podcast, my fan pages. I build everything, I try to build it somehow with my everyday life, and I think that's exactly the key. If you put on make-up every two hours so that you can do reels, it's so wrong, you know.
Speaker 2:It just puts on a mask.
Speaker 1:You put on a mask and people just notice it, so that's Okay. That's maybe a bad question for you, because I know that you don't have that much more fun on Instagram. Where do you get your content, ideas.
Speaker 2:Actually also from Instagram or just chat. I also always have phases like that. For me it's actually a bit cyclical. I think it's a nice topic for us women where you could go in I just have a few, I'm super creative, and I'm super creative and I'm super excited, and I'm really excited to do something. And then I just give my ideas to ChatGPT and say so, do something out of it, and that helps also. And on the other hand, of course, you take a little ideas from instagram. But I also noticed this fool yourself. You say, yes, I'm looking for ideas for content and scrolls just through the Instagram timeline. I don't feel like doing that anymore. I have the feeling that I'm wasting so much time there.
Speaker 2:I just watched a YouTube video where he said that you should use fixed times, wirklich feste Zeiten quasi nutzen sollte, als Beispiel, zum Beispiel, sonntags, wo man wirklich ausschließlich sich nur hinsetzt und Content sucht, den man nachmachen möchte, den man irgendwie auch nutzen möchte oder umgestalten möchte, und wirklich nur das dann macht, und am nächsten Tag sich dann quasi hinsetzt und sagt, okay, I have chosen these and those things, I want to change them and record them like this and so on. And then on the next day, for example on Monday, just record content.
Speaker 1:Exactly so. As I said, I can't do that with one or two content days a week. It never worked for me because I don't feel like it after three mobile phones I have now. So let's briefly talk about my workflow. I just want to. We have to drag it down a bit. But let's briefly talk about my workflow.
Speaker 1:I film everything with TikTok on zack, zack, zack, zack, zack, zack. So always in between, during the day that comes. Also, the algorithm wants it to be real. It doesn't want it to be recorded three days before, but that it is recorded now. So then I just do the TikToks every day and in fact the TikToks that I recorded on TikTok are also my best Re it on TikTok. No idea Exactly how I feel right now, how I feel right now.
Speaker 1:Now it comes to the test reels Post. So I pack it in designs, duplicate it twice. Then I take the first design that I made as a reel, the second design as a test reel and the third one stays in the designs. If I can do that again later, I have now also found out for myself with an app, instadown. I just get back to it later. You know, I've also found out for myself now with an app, instadown. I just get something funny down and just hang it on my reel, which somehow fits. And then I recorded a TikTok, three reels. So a test reel, a normal reel plus another reel, which I can again throw out as a test reel.
Speaker 1:And that's how my workflow has become, because I can, I can I also have in the evening. Normally I always have full night. Because I am active at full night. I always record content at night, I'm just out there. So after my day is my day is 11 o'clock, 12 o'clock, I'm done. Then I might write something together with JetGPT or something.
Speaker 1:I still do a few things for myself, except I'm also such a person I vielleicht noch was mit jet gpt zusammen oder so mach für mich noch. So I could talk for hours about these workflows, because many, you know, they don't use all these possibilities at all. But where do I get this tip with the design saving again, design saving. I also looked for that on YouTube. Yes, you know what I mean. But you always need inspiration. You need inspiration every day, and that know what I mean. But you always need inspiration. You need inspiration every day, and that's what I mean.
Speaker 1:We talked about it last time that many people say that's just necessary, that's just allowed on Instagram, that's just not. I can only say it again and again People, instagram has Terms of Service. You can read everything what you can, what you can't. There are so many rumors about Instagram of service, so ihr könnt es euch alles durchlesen. Was dürft ihr, was dürft ihr nicht, weißt du? Weil viele. What do people want? Live content. Do you know what I mean? Yes, so sit here and just make a picture and sell this picture. Do you understand what I mean? Yes, I'm just annoyed after arranging the whole picture again everywhere and so on, but I'm also trying to find solutions for that. But just this live chatting, that's what people really want.
Speaker 2:And that's exactly what it is with the Reels daily live.
Speaker 1:Exactly tell us something about live chatting, because we're completely against agencies. Tell us something about live chatting.
Speaker 2:Tell us something about live chatting. I think that's ultimately why the customers come to us Simply because they want to have this personal contact. There is everything damn it everything on the Internet for free, really. And why do they come to us or see us on Instagram and say why do I want to write to you personally? Because they want to have personal contact with us.
Speaker 2:And it's actually also the case with me that when I tell my fans, I'm still studying and I'm still working, I can't be there for you 24-7, all day long, but I take time for you and let's make an appointment for you to be there, but I'll take time for you and let's make an appointment. Then they are much, much more open and, of course, they are much more happy and are also so that they say it is not bad, because I prefer to have it that way and know that I write 100 percent with you than that I can send you a message every day and get a message back and know exactly that it is either a bot or an agency. And it is now also partly the case that in the beginning, or want you to write a white sheet of paper with name and time and date on it just because they want to be sure that they really interact 100% with you and do it right now.
Speaker 1:Yes, exactly.
Speaker 2:That's why these pages work and that's also why I like to do it so much, because I just want to be honest with my customers.
Speaker 1:You said something very, very, very nice. Yes, many people haven't understood the principle from the fan side either. This is just, yes, this typical German community which is not quite there yet. What is community, but girls who don't have that quite on it? I don't take it badly at all, because before, so in the past, such video pages were very far ahead, or live stream pages, whatever. Can you, or let's, go back to one topic for a moment or cut it again, and if people would like to hear more about it, they can listen to the podcast or the X-Talk from the last time. What was your favorite topic from our last X-Talk? I ask you because I would like to know what models are really interesting in our talk.
Speaker 2:There was a lot. We talked so much. I know, was für Models wirklich interessant ist an unserem Talk.
Speaker 1:Von Legal Fans legal fans, meinst du?
Speaker 2:Das habe ich mir auch direkt aufgeschrieben Dem Content Protection service yes, yes, that was very important to me and I immediately thought okay, I have to remember.
Speaker 1:Because even German girls don't know that there is now an AI DMCA service which really scans after the face, which scans after dem content scan und die nach keywords kennen ja also, für die dies noch mal interessiert wir haben lange darüber content protection, unserem letzten ex talk, geredet.
Speaker 2:How do you use AI for your business at the moment? I have taken AI from last week to this week, again completely different.
Speaker 1:Because we have last time in the X-Talk already talked about AI. So I can only recommend everyone we try the quality because X has really a very bad quality A little better. In the next podcast episode which I upload on the podcast, which is a cash page to optimize with Lina a little bit Exactly, say something about AI again, because I've also knelt down more.
Speaker 2:So I now have a virtual assistant and that's my AI. I said in this prompt that I want her to be my virtual assistant. Ask me questions that are important for my business, scale my business with me, what I have to do so that I can get more into it, grow more. My target group has been found out.
Grog is a little more friendly to the topics that we as creators have and that we as creators simply have to discuss. And in the meantime, I am now at point that, yes, in part, she wrote me my content plans when I should just take the time when I should post something.
Speaker 1:I also had my entire day plan structured by ChatGPT.
Speaker 2:Yes, to scale up so that I'm more active again also on Instagram and so, and what I can actually do with Grok is, I said, that I still have a lot of content that I just haven't sent yet, and sometimes I don't even know, when I should send it out.
The accesses you can find on Sisters in Cash, the X-Account and the IG-Account. So if you want to be a member of the Telegram Community, just look at the post and you'll see everything you can find Exactly. I also find it very interesting to simply filter out new trendy things on social media or if I have any problems with social media. I really work with chatgpt, so that's how you can do so many things.
Speaker 1:You can do it like that you can do so many things. You can do so many things. No-transcript you can do so many things you. Now it gets interesting. Do you use other AI tools, for example Canva, or, or, or?
Speaker 2:No, not really, but my virtual assistant also, frock, recommended to me that I should use Canva. That's awesome. That's awesome I created slideshows with it.
Speaker 1:That's awesome. I created slideshows with it. That's awesome. I created a pitch deck with it for a sponsor here for the podcast. That was so awesome. I still can't believe it. But ChatGPT is a revolution. So, in general, ai is a complete revolution. I can only tell you all stay tuned, create 30 minutes a day, because if you don't go in there now.
Speaker 2:you've lost, you can also do it with. Youtube, so creating videos like other girls. Ai-wise, I haven not yet so well out of it.
Speaker 1:You can't. You can't in your business a lot of time. You have to see what I can sort out. Yes, there is someone who pays for it, and there is someone because if you are now dealing with it yourself, how do I create models or whatever?
Speaker 1:so you have to be there. I would also like to talk about business scaling and so on, but I know that you have to go right away. Tell us again, very briefly, a little bit like you, your content. So we talked about it last time. What would you advise girls? How to build their business? Should you set people up? Should you not set people up, what would you set someone up for? How would you scale and build your business?
Speaker 2:So for my VIP pages I would not set anyone up. That's my baby, I'm true to my fans, das ist mir super, super wichtig. Also da gibt es ja auch diverse Girls, die einfach nur Social Media machen und nicht diese VIP-Seiten, wie wir sie haben, betreiben and not run these VIP pages as we have them and still have assistants who, for example, look for content ideas or take over content recycling. So I think, you can find help there, simply because we also have to play different social media pages and our time is unfortunately only limited verschiedene.
